Jozi Stamps (Pty) Ltd does not allow returns on the following products:
1. Customized products
2. Ink Pads
3. Refill Ink
We also don't allow returns on typing errors. Once a order is placed, a proof (layout) will be sent to you for approval. Once the design is approved we cannot be held responsible for spelling and design errors.
